• Winsen Labs helps companies adopt AI into their core processes rather than use it as a bolt-on tool: AI today operates on a context window, not on a model of the company, so it cannot be trusted with real work.
• Flagship product Winsen builds a world model of the company (every email, meeting and connector event flows into a typed, bi-temporal knowledge graph with provenance on every fact) and deploys AI Employees (AI SDR, AI Accountant) that do end-to-end autonomous work on that model, augmenting human teams.
• Designed and built entirely as one person: event-sourced substrate, entity resolution, a 12-integration connector framework, multi-tenant Postgres + pgvector architecture, and the agent runtime; company operations run on the product itself.
• In active conversations with enterprises including one of India's largest NBFCs, financial market infrastructure institutions, manufacturing conglomerates and public sector banks.

Fanpit (fanpit.live), Chennai

• Started as brand infrastructure for Indian consumer brands and artists (CRM, loyalty, storefronts, events, memberships); learned that the brands that grew were not the ones with the best tools but the ones with the strongest communities.
• Refocused Fanpit into a platform for building real communities, in real life: events, memberships and the whole loop. 3,000+ users; mobilised INR 20 lakh+ in GMV to communities in the last year, fully organically.
• Built FanDesk, an internal AI workspace connected to Claude via MCP; it became a standalone product and the architectural seed of Winsen. Fanpit runs almost entirely on AI, needing about an hour of founder time per week.

KPMG India, Mumbai

• Advised banks and NBFCs on enterprise risk frameworks; promoted to Assistant Manager ahead of track; led a risk transformation engagement as engagement in-charge for one of India's largest public sector insurance companies.

• Statutory audit across automobile OEMs, ship management and technology companies, including IPO audits, merger transactions and private equity takeovers; SPOT Award for an IPO engagement.

• Compact learned genomes that grow neural network topology: a 354-parameter genome wires all 35.4M connections of GPT-2 Small (99,970:1 compression) and outperforms the GPT-2 baseline on three benchmarks; extended to human protein-interaction networks for cancer classification (TCGA/BRCA).
• Commented on and engaged with by researchers from MIT, Princeton, Google DeepMind and IIT Madras.
