Published the three-paper "Neural DNA" series: a compact genome that grows network topology. Paper 1: genomes of 226 to 374 parameters controlling up to 2.2M connections across MLPs, CNNs, and transformers. Paper 2: scaled to GPT-2 Small, 354 parameters wiring 35.4M connections (99,970:1 compression), beating GPT-2 on three benchmarks. Paper 3: the same genome on the human protein interaction network rediscovers cancer pathways and clinically validated tumor markers without supervision. Papers on Zenodo, code on GitHub, genomes on Hugging Face.

An AI lab that ships. Winsen Bridge: a workspace with a self-evolving company brain underneath it, where AI employees do real work with full organizational context, approval-first. Platos: our open-source agent runtime for building and operating AI agents in production. Rocketman: open-source project management for the age of AI coding agents. Plus a small number of AI consulting engagements a year, and Winsen Academy, our school for the AI-native way of working.

Brand infrastructure platform. CRM, loyalty, stores, events, memberships. Worked with Sony Music India artists, Metal Chennai, The Chennai Scene, and communities across Chennai. Learned that the brands that grew had the strongest communities, not the best tools. Fanpit became a community management platform.

Advised banks and NBFCs on enterprise risk frameworks. Promoted to Assistant Manager ahead of track. Led a risk transformation engagement as in-charge with one of the largest public sector insurance companies in India. Left after five total years across BSR and KPMG.

Three and a half years across audit and assurance. Automobile OEMs, ship management, tech companies. IPO audits, merger transactions, private equity takeovers. Staff Accountant to Senior Associate. Employee council member. BSR is where I learned how to think about problems.

Associate Chartered Accountant. CA Final cleared in first attempt.
